Like to grill and work on your lawn? You voted for Trump

I'm sorry, trump is a piece of shit. I cannot believe that anyone would vote for him.

Look who he's running against LOL it makes perfect sense.

You're right, I don't understand the topic my own thread.

I guess next you're going to explain how this article is about shoes.
http://www.nytimes.com/2010/08/30/technology/30adstalk.html

and how this article is about Zombies.

It's all his superior German intellect....LOL

The biggest tragedy, of course, is that 2bob thinks he's smart.

I'm not German, genius.

How you got the idea I'm German, I have no idea. Shouldn't be surprised, I suppose.

Oh I thought you were one of the fart sniffing Germans running around the board....

My mistake.

Besides if Sean doesn't like you, then you can't be that bad. He hates people who have jobs and such....

Why shouldn't you be surprised?

Looks like Queerbait has some serious competition this year in the Ascription Olympics!

#AscriptionAgain!

I appreciate your acknowledging your mistake. That's a rarity on this board.

I've gotten to the point nothing surprises me on the GB.

Keep on thinking my post was irrelevant to this thread. It's amusing.
Ok, explain to the class what your post has to do with internet privacy and how companies track your location, activities and purchases to pigeonhole you.

I really hope you are not as stupid as you appear to be. Your thread headline, which you apparently wrote, is about voting, voters, and how people vote. The headline of the article you linked is about Iowa caucus goers:

"How this company tracked 16,000 Iowa caucus-goers via their phones"

This is a quote from the article:

"So on the night of the Iowa caucus, Dstillery flagged all the auctions that took place on phones in latitudes and longitudes near caucus locations. It wound up spotting 16,000 devices on caucus night, as those people had granted location privileges to the apps or devices that served them ads. It captured those mobile ID’s and then looked up the characteristics associated with those IDs in order to make observations about the kind of people that went to Republican caucus locations (young parents) versus Democrat caucus locations. It drilled down farther (e.g., ‘people who like NASCAR voted for Trump and Clinton’) by looking at which candidate won at a particular caucus location."

Give it up, genius, before it becomes undeniably obvious you should have chosen 'below_average' as your handle instead of the one you chose.

Given that you're obviously too thick to understand these statements (the first is from the OP):
Good evidence on why you should use an ad blocker and Ghostery.
This thread isn't actually about Trump, grilling or working on your lawn.
Anyway, this thread is not about politics or candidates, it's about privacy and how thoroughly companies are tracking you.
Voting patterns were merely one example of how they correlate that data and apply it to real world events.

Here's the most closely relevant reply in the whole thread.
p.s. to any stalkers out there, I scrubbed my meta data. let me know if I got it all, thanks
All I can figure at this point is that you're closely related to Miles.
That would explain a number of other threads where you've shown how dense you are.
So you keep the fantasy that you know better than I do what a thread I started is about.

2bob made a claim that two men fathering one child was "common"
I proved he was full of shit (wasn't hard to do).
It took about a week, but he found some obscure study that claimed "it happens".
2bob posted it as gospel then claimed I was stupid for not believing in the Easter Bunny.
2bob wins!

Epistemic Closure (a.k.a. "Avoid Inconvenient Facts") is a core tenet of the Church of Derp.

The inconvenient fact that I actually know what the point of my thread was, as clearly stated in my only comment in the OP?
A big hint (if one were needed) should be that every political thread I start has been in the Politics forum. At least since it was started.

The only reason I see why he posted that letter was to show that there's "proof" that a black man is shilling for Trump as opposed to..."others." And given the highly charged racial nature of Trump's campaign, you can just fill in the blanks from that point for a possible reason.

Of course the "proof" is all anecdotal as opposed to empirical. Because anyone educated in english and having a cursory knowledge of D.C. could've written that and sent it off to Scott Adams. Which gives it the weight and strength of a wet paper bag, but I suppose there's a valid point to it, even if it's entirely irrelevant in this thread. If there's another reason, it has yet to be explained lucidly.

...but sending shit to the Dilbert dude, though? What's up with that? :D
