"Listen up boys and girls. I'm looking for a crew, and you're the best I can get. The rumors are true. Everyone in my old crew is either dead or in the slammer. But that was because we had a rat. One who I dealt with. So I'm still the best. Run with me, and you'll be rich. Really rich. And people will remember why Jessica Pinkerton is the most feared name in this city. So if you want in, follow me."

So like Jessie just said, she's looking for people to join her new gang. This will take place in the 1930s in the fictional American city of Silverbridge. Jessie's gang will rob banks, trains, and anything else with loot. When not doing a job we'll probably hang out at Jessie's hideout. The hideout is in the basement butcher's shop run by her cousin Floyd. The hideout has three bedrooms, a full bathroom, a lounge/living room, small bar, a small vault (about the size of a walk in closet), and an armory (tommy guns, sawed off shot guns, revolvers, and that type of gun. It doesn't have to be exactly from that time, but no one can run around with an AR 15 or something like that). The hideout is where the romantic and sexy stuff will take place mostly. But no one has to stay in the hideout. We can each have our own houses, apartments, whatever (although Jessie lives in the hideout). So anyone who wants to join the gang leave a character. Also anyone who wants to play as a cop or detective trying to stop the gang is fine with me.

History: Jessie grew up in Silverbridge. Her father, and eventually her two older brothers, were all successful bank robbers. When she was 13, her father and oldest brother were both killed in a botched job, and her second oldest brother, Roger, was sent to prison. She lived with her aunt and uncle until she was 16. She then started her own crew with other young low level criminals like herself. They soon grew in infamy and success until they were infiltrated by a rat. On a bank job they were ambushed by the cops. Only Jessie escaped. She killed the rat, and several cops who were there that day, and now she's starting a new crew.

Clothing: When on a job she wears a pink carnation and a pinstripe suit as well as a fedora. Off the job she wears trousers and a button up shirt.

Weapons: She favors a tommy gun for her main weapon, but will use anything available. She always carries her silver .44 magnum revolver.
 
Hmmm, sounds interesting. How big of a cast? What roles are you looking to fill most urgently?

I'm not really looking for any particular roles. Play whoever you want to. As for size I'll start at three or four people.
 
I might be interested in as well are you going to be playing multiple females or just the boss?

Name: Neal Caffrey

Age: 38, born at the turn of the century.

Description: Neal has matured like a fine wine. His cerulean blue eyes gleam like sapphires in his smooth complexioned face with a fine, square jaw and perfect white teeth. His nose is straight and true, inspiring confidence and trust. He wears his hair casual and eased back over his head, but it likes to send a stray lock curling over his forehead. He has the hands of an artist and the body of a long distance runner.

History: Neal grew up thinking his father had died in a "hail of gunfire taking out a whole gang of bad guys." This drove him into the boy scouts and any other organization where he could learn about guns and taking care of himself. He envied and aspired to his father as a role model. They moved around a lot as a kid. He had his mother and his father's partner (a female cop -- "auntie") as the only constants in his life.

Life was hard. They eventually settled in Saint Louis. His family had little money. His mom worked at a local pool hall, where we spent most of his early years growing up, learning to hustle, and gamble. While he can run a table with the best of him, his favor game is poker. He loves using leverage and bluffing to get his way. From his father's partner, he learned about the law and how cop's think and work.

When he turned 18, he discovered the truth. His father was actually a dirty cop. He left never trusting the word of anyone. He left his mother and auntie behind. He had brains, quick hands, and good looks. Finding legitimate work was hard for someone who didn't have connections or the patience to work in big firms.

What he did find out is every crew needs a Face. Someone who looks good, talks fast, and misdirect attention. Neal doesn't like killing people, in fact he never has killed anyone.

Clothing: Neal wears tailored pants, leather shoes, french cuffs, and a vest. He's enough of an actor to adopt different outfits if required, but he likes projecting the image of the wealthy celebrity.

Weapons: Neal only uses Colt Model 1911 .45 ACP. Best known for lobbing big fat bullets at about 750-800 feet per second, which turns out to be surprisingly effective as a man stopper, and the rapid reload capability of a semi-automatic pistol with quick change 7 round magazines gives Neal considerable edge over the police armed with the .38 S&W, .38 Long Colt, or .38 S&W Special revolvers. Police reloading bullet at a time with a revolver at a lower caliber don't stand a chance. Neal's pistols are dark gun metal gray with double diamond rosewood grips on the handles. He wears them in a holster under each arm.

Age: 23

History: Allie was born a good girl. She got perfect grades in school, sang in the choir at church, and baked amazing cookies for anyone who came into her home. She decided to start a career and become a nurse. She went through school at the top of her class, until her last year. She had to apprentice under a doctor, a doctor who refused to pass her unless she slept with him. Allie refused to give up her virginity to the doctor, so she quit school. She met Jessie at a bar, and the two became fast friends. Over the next two years Jessie slowly wore down Allie's morality, and hired her to be the one who cleaned up the hideout and patched up the crew. Allie is still pure, especially for someone in a bank robber's crew, but she's not quite as innocent as she used to be.

Clothing: Allie usually wears a white dress.

Weapons: "Why in the world would I need a weapon?"
 
Name: Alexander DeWitt

Age: 37

Nickname: Old Timer

Looks: Short grey hair five o clock shadow piercing blue eyes tall and lean with tan skin

Wears: Pinstrip pants, simple whit button T shirt and a matching pinstripe vest he usually wears his trade mark matching fedora

History: Named Old timer for a reason Dewitts been in the game for a long as any one can remember, he is run with crews and ran them though he prefers not to lead. He is well known for his fighting skills and is widely regarded as one of the best boxers in the city. He has a brutal up close and personal approach to his fighting relying on his lever action shotgun to get the job done as well as his fist. Outside of jobs he is a some what gruff guy likable for the most part but gruff as well

Weapons: lver action shotgun and brass knuckles
 
The Detective

Name: Stone Detective Stone

Age: 45

Looks: Built like a mountain all broad shoulders and hulking frame has a big of a mean looking face face that looks dangerous even though he is old he is very muscular and is bald his skin is tan from working the beat all his life

History: A decorated police officer with a questionable record Detective Stone is known as a force of nature by many in the police force relentless and precise he is well known for doing any thing and every thing in order to catch his perp he is driven by reasons only known to him but he is determined to end any criminal in his city

Wears: simple detective outfit with body armor underneath his shirt and his badge around his neck

Weapons: Standard police issued pistol though he is well known for using a baseball bat to break a suspects leg and a shotgun as well

Age: 32

Nickname: Jon or Bones

Looks: Short Caucasian 5'10 short brown hair with blue eyes and baked in tan skin and weighing 180. Skinny but all muscle

Wears: Blue jeans and a white shirt

History: Born a only son to parents who died when he was 21. He lost the family farm and was drifting doing handyman odd jobs for next to nothing. 11 years of it and hes looking for something new.

Weapons: Repeating lever action rifle
