My shoulder is much better now, thank you - the painkillers were horrid, made me feel very spaced out and tired, but they seemed to give me some relief so it could heal. So the weekend's been very nice so far, and have some, ahem, 'plans' for later...
And keep thinking those naughty thoughts...

I have a notion mine are significantly smaller.
If H should desire a respite in his supportive role, perhaps I could lend a hand... or two.

And yes, I know exactly what you mean... I think for me it's about a man who is proud to wear it, and to be seen wearing it, it's a lovely symbolic thing. I know some people, men and women, chose not to, and it's everyone's own choice, but I love the symbolism of wearing it myself, and his choice to do the same.
It's been so long, though, that I really can't remember what his or mine is made of, Gold, certainly, with little inset diamonds in mine, but what flavour of gold,
I don't know!
