The real ones are actually working, usually without interwebs access. I know a few and they stay quite busy.

Personally I'd never deal with as many cattle as my buddy next valley over...that is some never ending brutal/dangerous fuckin' work.

I worked a summer for a farming operation that raised Limousin cattle. Most impressive fucking animals I have ever seen. And the bull they had was plumb mad dog mean. Would charge his enclosure every time someone walked past.

Precisely.

I'm a city girl through and through. They were my first experience being in the middle of a herd on a pasture. I'm very grateful to have been able to experience that, and to have gained so much insight and respect for the ranchers and cattle alike.
