I could not, for the life of me, inhibit his proclivity to turn the pistol sideways. It's all he's ever seen on TV I guess...

If candidates for election in former British Empire countries had been disqualified because they were incarcerated by the British...

Under investigation? NO! False accusations would force the innocent out.
Under indictment means a Grand Jury has examined the evidence and agreed tat a crime WAS committed. This SHOULD mean AUTOMATIC removal from the race!
