Wild honeysuckle from bath and bodyworks is awesome. Joe wouldn't let me buy 6 for 40 bucks. Made me feel so guilty for wanting to smell delicious. :(

I have no control over you...I was just flabbergasted that you would spend $7 on a 8oz bottle, when you could get a 16oz bottle for $4 (Canadian!) at the grocery store.

Why pay 40 bucks for that stuff when you can forage in the wilderness for it? :)

It wasn't 8 oz and I've already had this argument with you. :p

Is it year round? I like having it at my fingertips all the time.

Its a staple at pot luck suppers and get togethers and can also be made with sausage or ground beef. Bottom line kind of a modern day comfort food and delicious. My ex. hated it and refused to be anywhere where it was served. I always liked it.

I am not a fan of Ricotta, but I don't use that for Lasagna either. I use cottage cheese. Other wise it sounds amazing.

I had never had this til I moved to the Midwest ( I'm from the west coast ) And they freakin serve it for EVERYTHING here. Never seen anything like it lol.

Yeah, I'm with you on using cottage cheese whenever it can be substituted. It's also more cost effective when your cooking a big casserole.

I don't recall it being served anywhere in the South East US when I was growing up but it started making inroads here sometime in the late 1970's. From there it just took off and became a staple.

I think playing Fallout or Divinity would sound awesome. >.<

I don't suppose you've played Fallout 4? I have a brand new copy here in my travel bag that I picked up for a song, but I haven't played it yet. I know....

Lived here all my life and only get it at Restaurants, generally never brought to pot luck dinners here. May have to start a new trend.

i've always thought of it as kind of a poor man's lasagna. never had it before arriving in this geography myself.
