Building a new computer

I just started the process of building an entirely new high-performance gaming computer.

Unfortunately the parts that I want won't be available until sometime late 2016. So right now I am buying the skeletal items such as the case, hard drive, power supply, disk, drive, software, etc..

This computer will have the following specifications.

*CPU - Core i7 8-core Skylake-E series (unavailable until 2016)
*Motherboard - ????? Enthusiast gaming motherboard with Skylake-E chipset (unavailable until 2016)
*Memory - 32GB DDR4 2600MHz RAM
*GPU - Two-way SLI Nvidia GeForce "Pascal" flagship cards with 16GB of HBM Gen. 2 RAM (unavailable until 2016)
*PSU - Seasonic Platinum 1,000W
*Case - Thermaltake Core X9
*Operating System - Microsoft Windows 10 Home Premium 64-bit

I don't get it? How's a gaming computer going to help you kidnap Heathyr Hoffmann and then wear her skin like a Snuggie?

You call that building a computer? Hah. My partner and I built a HeathKit H8-H19 system in 1980. Soldering individual components to circuit boards. Assembling the printer and monitor, the 3-floppy drive system, the octal keypad and readout. You haven't built unless you have soldering-iron burns on your fingers. Everybody's a pussy today.

If you really want to build a NEW computer then you should write your own operating system too. Otherwise you're just sort of IKEA'ing a computer.
