I also sometimes will just brush my teeth with coconut oil and a little baking soda. Cheap and easy, much like myself.

so, i actually came back from the university a couple of days ago, but only just now are my feet starting to feel truly normal because holy shit is that hospital fucking gigantic. it took half an hour to smoke a cigarette.

if you made wise use of the elevators which wasn't always possible.

because they're slow and the place is full of people.

so... stairs.

on the plus side, the place is full of hot people. one of my father's nurse practitioners was goddamn gorgeous. like a younger, prettier version of lizzy caplan.

and yes, i mean that. sadly, i can't remember her name. she was just too damned pretty.

on a less shallow and silly plus side, i really have nothing yet. we are still waiting.

what the fuck else is new?

oh, i did like the neurosurgeon who cut him open. seriously, the dude's nice and he seems to have the patience of a saint. probably why dude's a professor, i guess. i don't know. i just know he's a lot more bearable then some shithead doctor's i have met.

I had no idea this was going on, Pointless. Chin up and positive thoughts. Im sending positive vibes your way.

Oh, I like baking soda. I like mint toothpaste, but sometimes that makes my gag reflex trigger . I've tried other flavours and it can help for a while, but lots do not't feel as clean, or make promises to 'remineralise' your teeth, or ' make them whiter in ten days' or 'desensitise' your teeth. Hmm. I buy all that but wouldn't try a little coconut oil:confused:

You can add essential oil to the coconut as well if it makes it easier! I add peppermint oil for teeth brushing purposes. When I mix coconut oil for lotion I usually add lavender, vitamin e, and cocoa butter.

And I recently discovered that coconut oil or extracts are whats in the scrubs they sell. Wings can attest but thats whats up.

I admire a man who travels with a spare toothbrush; it shows forethought and consideration. I often have to buy a toothbrush when I get where I am going. and then G and I bicker because he always wants me to buy soft bristles, where it like the hard ones. We end up compromising with medium ones, both of us feeling my teeth are hard done by,

I wasn't talking about a spare toothbrush darlin. I was talking KS tooth paste. Special Sauce... heh.

I actually just bought a new toothbrush today for my trip to NY Wednesday though of that counts.

I use coconut oil for my face but still have dry patches. Maybe adding cocoa butter would help.
