I wouldn't ... not with a friend's wife. My experience with such things -- mixing friendship with sex -- is that it seldom works out well in the long run. Despite swearing that they can separate the two -- or separate sex from love -- most people simply can't.

This is why you would have to have a conversation with your significant other, the husband, and the wife to ensure all involved were okay with it. Since you said your wife has had bi experience, I'm curious what he would think about your wife and his getting involved together.
