Private property has absolutely nothing to do with speaking out of both sides of a mouth...
...besides the fact this is public property rented on the WWW, and the only way to make it private is to commit tyrannical acts which have already been dismissed as oxymoronic to the supposed purpose of this site. (Of course, that out of both sides of a mouth comes into play again there, too).
The point is the absolute BULLSHIT of allowing a poster to sexually assault another poster's daughter here, when that act has been commanded to be intolerable and immediately bannable.
As is the point that while it has been universally commanded that no pedophile accusations at all are allowed, one poster is immediately banned for violating it when another poster violating the same command is not.
If anyone needed clarification that no matter the patronizing need to claim all posters are treated equally on this site, the fact that the imperial claim to "private property" (rented on the public WWW) is - in fact - the overtly obvious, completely subjective and arbitrary ruler over all here, has now been wholly acknowledged - no matter TOS commanded.
Interesting that just this week the pseudo-head lemming of Communist China's internet operations maintained that the Communist government in no way censors free speech on their end of the same public WWW, that they, too, claim the right to simply "manage" what they also subjectively and arbitrarily lord over as their "private property".

I should clarify, in context, I was pointing out that the thread starter, while proposing a plan that would require mass surveillance and gun control, two things he is clearly always crying about as evil liberal plans, he could add abortion in and go for a trifecta. EVERYONE was "warned" at the very same time about the new command that absolutely no underage sex discussion or pedophile accusations of other posters is to be tolerated at all on this website.
That "warning" TO ALL was issued months ago at the time and after my banishment.
The poster who maliciously sexually assaulted another poster's daughter just weeks ago on this Board, and then taunted the father how she would enjoy his sexual assault, sheepishly claimed he didn't know the daughter's age when he was called out on his intolerable attack - but then in a later posting to that father, he acknowledged that fact - I quoted his underage acknowledgement before he was able to edit it out.
I was banned for having the audacity to ask a poster who joked with the offending poster's act above if she'd like her daughter addressed in the very same manner, even though I have no idea if she has a daughter, let alone what age a daughter she may or may not have is.
BULLSHIT
If that poster would've committed what he posted in real life, he would've been arrested for sexual assault - that's a fact.
That anyone else on this Board must dismiss that fact of sexual assault with their "alleged" crap is due wholly, as one poster almost immediately exposed herself again, to the favoritism accorded to the offending poster - not with what he actually posted.
