Mexico's drug war is our drug war, when we stop their money flow practically gets cut off.

What may not change however is the deep corruption and high poverty rates in Mexico, and until THAT changes and Mexico becomes less corrupt/impoverished than the USA they will continue to be more violent.

Your gallant allies, the UK, have about as much aerial firepower over Syria and Iraq as part of a US State's National Guard could send.

Our effort is minimal compared with the US's aerial forces but standing with you is symbolic of our support for the USA. We paid a high price in troops and material for supporting the US in Iraq and Afghanistan so standing by you again wasn't an easy decision - it's the right one, but many people in the UK still have doubts that the Allies know what they are trying to do.

We, too. And that's no offense to the UK. Most Germans doubt any European or NATO ally knows what they're doing there. Maybe we make things worse. There is no real tactic.
