Christmas party tomorrow night, MSU game tomorrow night. Hope to get the Ice ring framed in tomorrow afternoon and filled Sunday.

Parade and lights sounds fun. Our town had the tree lighting party last night. One son went with GF but they didn't stay long. Left before the tree was turned on

You must have a larger yard then what's typical on your side of town! An homemade ice rink sounds Baller! I would have a blast without worrying about people laughing at me falling repeatedly!

The rink is 16 feet by 24 feet. So yea, yard is a pretty good size. The rink is small enough that we can get it to fit and they can skate around, practice hockey yet small enough that the cops leave us alone about it.

They meet set guidelines on how much light is allowed in the park so light pollution doesn't disturb the view of the stars. Perfect spot for star gazing or aurora veiwing. Obviously open 24 hrs not a closed at dusk park.
