I have only maintained one long-term style relationship in my life. I told him to take another women to relieve the guilt felt from my lack of service.

He refused to do that because he said: you're in my bones.

and eventually we broke up.

We used to transfuse easy but the new standards are strict because of the side effects of transfusing blood products. TRALI

I am happy about the new conservative trend. I have seen blood products save lives.

I remember never giving up on a patient who was bleeding to death, but thinking: this is fucking crazy, if he doesn't bleed to death he will have a severe lung injury from all of these products.

The man lived.

So, thanks to everyone who donates blood! It really does make a difference.

I used to until The Red Cross started calling me 5 times a week like a jilted ex-lover.
