Vetting dances, however you undertake them, can be a good way to sort out those worth the attention. We each come here for our own reasons, for ourselves. I'm not here to solve anyone's problem with 'feeling horny tonight'. However, it costs nothing to be friendly and I like a little fun banter.

I have had a crush on someone from here who's not around much now. I acknowledged it. It's was not reciprocated, but a good friendship was maintained. And I'm fine with that. It is what it is... it was what it was.

Many people have little time or opportunity for deeply involving online lives, and circumstances change. Relationships evolve one way or another. I try to appreciate people from here for what they bring into my life, no matter for how long I know them.

There used to be questions on the site. I don't see that section now. They were probably wise to remove it. Some of my favourite questions were:

1. Does it come in a child's size? The owners were unhappy with this question.

2. Do you have a left foot? Hahaha. Like it matters.

I have made lots of friends, without benefits. As far as connection/attraction/chemistry, that's only happened twice to me on Lit. The first was when I was new and naive, I got well and truly burnt.

I suppose I should answer the question, only seems fair.

I am coy, mysterious and for the most part, keep people at arms length. It's how I keep online, online and not allow it to sneak into RL. Having said that, from time to time, someone will saunter around and end up getting past the facade. It's good when it happens. I don't seek it out and will duck and weave to dance around it. But when someone penetrates it's quite the ride (naughty pun intended)
