Sorry, Obama can't be held accountable for anything he said he was going to get done, since he was faced with a "just say no to everything without doing anything yourself" Republican-controlled Congress. The Republicans in Congress have absolved him of any blame on whatever he said he was going to do and didn't get done. Funny how that comes back to bite them in the ass.
