WTF is happening in Paris?

yes, well have fun with your jihad, keyboard cowboy. always remember that you don't matter and that you never will.

Now, spew some more of your disingenuous "empathy" in regards to lives currently being murdered who you have even less idea about, killer.

oh shit... AP reporting it's carnage inside the concert hall where the attackers tossed explosives at the hostages

hope they've got this wrong

or, do what i just did, and make fun of the dumb bastards and then immediately put them ignore once you're done. you get to vent your spleen and get them fuck off your screen. it's the best of both worlds, really.

That works, too.

Goddamnit.

I think what he is trying to do is to point out some of the irony here.

For ex., I was with some acquaintances (Au) when the news broke. They had previously chastitized me for being "uncaring/anti-muslim" after I told them about some of the antisocial acts committed by some young male reffugees.
Now the same people were jumping up and down about the evil of islam, all muslims are bad, etc. It was a bit frustrating for me at that moment. So I can understand where Smooth is coming from, although I think that he is pushing it a bit far.

When 9/11 happened, we were not like smooth.

This does NOT make good Muslims bad people. Terrorism is terrorism. It exists outside of faith, and hides behind the name of almost every faith, ideal, ethos, regime. You can have issues and points of dispute with aspects of Islam, of course, but for many, many, many Muslims, terrorism is NOT an adore cut of Islam, The same can apply to Judaism.

Its terrorism.

I totally agree with you.

But seems like some people over here (where I am) have gone too black and white. Until today some of them idealised (undiscriminatory) all reffugees, and today I hear a lot of islamophobic talk.

But that's perhaps the fault of massmedia; they are trying to push our emotional buttons, in order to sell their papers. Instead of a more tame, middle-ground approach.

Heard the storm of the theater is over.

Yes, a dozen dead. But happened before the storm.

Edit: maybe wrong. Now they talk about more than 100 dead.

If I were to die, them people in Paris wouldn't give a fuck about that,so why should I give a fuck about this? You'll need to tighten up.

I really don't understand why you people care so much. I know Elle and Des have family out there, so I understand their concern, and I hope the best for their family. But why do the rest of yall give a fuck? Why?

It's called empathy smooth and it is a beautiful thing.

Des, Elle, Sean and anyone else so personally touched by these events I am hoping for the best possible outcome. My thoughts are with you and your family and I have reached out to a member of my family who started a prayer chain. I am not really into that but I thought it couldn't hurt.
