I'm pleased to hear it, there's nothing like waking up after a really good sleep. To get all Shakepeare for a sec "Sleep that knits up the ravelled sleeve of care" - when your sleeve is all ravelled, a solid eight hours works wonders!

I'm well too, thanks. I'm reliably informed that my lingerie order is coming today, so I shall be ready to pounce on the postman the minute he comes down the road...
