Salad dressing day for me today. We're making and canning a few different kinds.

From left to right -> Golden Raisin Turmeric, Italian, Honey Balsamic Dijon, and Asian Ginger.
Would you mind sharing the recipes?
The Massa man has been simmering for two hours now.

Those look fantastic.
I can't believe I forgot to post this from last weekend. Chocolate frosting, cake and dark chocolate pudding between layers. It was a blustery day today, windy, rainy, overcast all day. The only thing missing was the cold weather. This isn't quite a stew but it's not a soup either, sort of a combination of the two. Tender pork chunks, sliced and ground Chorizo, Chic peas, rough cut potato, Sofrito, Chicken broth, garlic cloves, chopped onion. Seasonings were Salt, pepper, extra paprika, sage and thyme. One scoop of white race in the bottom of the bowl before serving. Cooked low & slow. I didn't even miss the crusty bread I should have ate with it.
Ohhh! You should have asked me for bread, we could have worked out a trade :D [IMG]https://40.media.tumblr.com/883fba1c7663243448f06bd7d4d22e10/tumblr_nwrbayD5MA1ttoj3bo1_400.jpg

Go easy on the processed meats folks...WHO (that's not a question btw) says they cause cancer of the bowel.
Something has gone seriously wrong in the development of the American palate these days. Horrific that we eat processed cheese but what does the American consumer have against texture in jam?
It is bad enough when they make blackberry and raspberry preserves seedless, but doing that to boysenberry is a hate crime.
I am eating some Asiago cheese on crackers with a tiny dollop of seedless blackberry jam and it is missing the texture. The little seeds are half the point.
It is getting to be where I can't find anything but seedless with the exception of that "natural" sugar-free crap. I want seeds and sugar. Is that too much to ask?
Cancer of the bowel of 18 percent of the bowl cancer patients.. Very very small.. However, the fear mongering must go on. Alarmist reports are what get the media Jerk ING each other off these days.... I blame G.W.
Yes, seeds will make you go blind... It's true. Check your facts! You have an 12 percent chance of getting a seed in your eye!!!!!! Thank God for the WHO and their studies.
This confuses me. I can see where seedless jam would be better for masturbatory purposes, what with the abrasiveness of seeds and what not, but I am not drawing the connection.
Don't discount the nice exfoliating effect of seeds, either.

Looks like it's already been eaten once.

That doesn't appear to be the final presentation.
