Not unpleasant at all. Actually quite sweet and tasty. I wanted nothing to do with my wife after our first child so I missed out on it. After our second child, we both thoroughly enjoyed her lactation. She loved to be suckled, and we love her shooting it into my mouth. Great sex with a lactating woman you love and lust for.

I'm a big fan of girl-on-girl breastfeeding, especially (perhaps solely) if it's not for overtly sexual purposes. Apparently, it elicits a strong sense of bonding, and I tend to fantasize about sisters or female friends developing a habit of doing it as an unorthodox way of manifesting and reaffirming their closeness. Each feeding itself is most arousing when it's brought on by desperation or for the sake of convenience. There's just something about casually or urgently flouting decorum that's just so sexy to me! It's especially hot if they're younger than most women tend to be when they have their first kid and therefore start lactating. In my fantasies, the lactation is usually induced rather than brought on by pregnancy.

By most accounts that I've been able to find, breast milk actually tastes quite good and even has some medicinal uses. I suspect that the ones Chris_Michael saw who didn't react well may have been reacting more to a culturally conditioned gross-out factor than to the taste itself. It's also possible that they were getting colostrum (I think that's the term), which is a sort of prelude to actual milk.
