Many people do body modifications, plastic surgery, enough makeup that they'd be unrecognizable from their "natural state."

I knew a guy that dyed his hair, wore contacts, had plastic surgery on every part of his face. Beautiful man. Looked nothing like himself.

So what's the difference, it's their face, not yours, they can do what they want with it.
