Add a default in search for stories from North America

It would be a helpful to add a search parameter for stories ( in English) originating from North America vice Europe and Asia. It would be helpful to me and I would assume many others. I sometimes have. trouble relating to stories with references i don't understand or in odd syntax.

Why would that be more helpful than expanding your horizons or is your story-level preference level, Jane gets Dicked?

I think Lit offers a very nice way to sift through stories & filter your kink preferences. Because, at the end of the day, "it would be helpful to me and I would assume many others" to have the ability to expand, limit, or explore your kinks. Few people in search of sexual release will allow the roadbumps you describe to cause them to veer off the road completely; especially, when you can simply click out of an nonpreferred story.
