Some kind of creme filling. I don't remember what I filled mine with I was so busy trying to get the tortilla right. Took like 4 batches to get it right the kids didn't mind though I made them crisps with butter and sugar out of the rejects.

I seem to remember doing something like sweetening ricotta to put inside mine.

I don't do fast food. There are far too many good restaurants in NYC and I can make a better burger at home on my grill if that's what I'm in the mood for.
