Umpqua

That would mean that under any name he was here long ago. Jim was long gone before this dipshit showed up. Furthering the truthiness of him being Q-Bert.

It mentioned Cade a while back. Cade was dead and buried years before it showed up in this incarnation.

I was surprised when I saw Cade and Rory pop up, not too long, ago.
I had guessed that Laurelle had sent those handles down the garbage disposal,
and that the remains would be washed out to sea.

Did Cade construct female alts ? Maybe, it could be a female Rory alt.
I could not hazard a guess to either question. I did not see much of them.
I put them on ignore very quickly.

(Fighting with my spell check is frustrating! grrrr)

Cade had a shitload of female alts.

now on a serious note,
Who or what is Q-Bert? I keep hearing this word/name

He seems notorious.

true….
I picked up some lingo here (Disgustipated's "stooopid" and "dumbass" never fail)
but I still can't figure out whether Q-Bert is in the line of the above, or a real person

nice to see someone kick Des's ass

((not that it hasn't happened before, mind you))

Is that what happened? I thought I was filling in a few gaps which were skipped by English Historians. Oh well, did I win anything?

Not to minimize the bravery of many an English lad that fought, bled and died alongside our troops ...but it's a fact they (hell the whole world) would have been toast without our help. We were not called the Arsenal of democracy for naught.

I'm surprised he didn't realize that US ambassador appointments (these days especially) are nothing more than political paybacks for campaign donations. It has nothing to do with qualifications, so repeating an ambassadors view on anything does not lend you or your point credibility.

Yes, making a profit is the American way, it saved your asses. Your welcome(well not all of you) :D. I never said we weren't repaid.

You do know the Battle of Britain was over before America even got fucked up the arse by the Japanese, right?

Not surprisingly seems the kid was all over the place.

Loved the I.R.A.
Hated black people but yet admired the former news anchor who killed two of his co-workers.
Didn't even make it out of basic training.
Family says mental illness (well duh).

Yep but England still didn't have the resources to beat Germany, let alone retake Europe. You lacked the industrial capacity and Germany was slowly strangling your supply lines with the U-Boats. Without aid, you would only grow weaker, you had no way to replace all the material lost at Dunkirk. If Hitler hadn't ordered the change in Luftwaffe bombing targets from factories and airfields to cities, surely you would have been starved or pummeled into submission.

When the US began escorting convoys (may 1941) we entered into an undeclared naval war with Germany. It also freed up Royal Navy units for other assignments .

Hitler wanted to stop the flow of supplies but didn't want to declare war on the US, which he was not obligated to do under the Axis pact. Eventually his continued acts of aggression towards American shipping gave Roosevelt the excuse he needed to escalate American involvement.

President Obama’s politicization of the massacre in the gun-free zone that was Umpqua Community College in Rosburg, Oregon shows how selective he is about which shootings he comments on to advance his gun control agenda and ignores the fact that in another Oregon town, Clackamas, an armed citizen cut short a similar mass killing.

...

Overlooked in the news coverage of the Umpqua shootings was the Oregon massacre that wasn’t at Clackamas Town Center Mall in December of 2012. As Investor’s Business Daily noted, fortune placed a good guy with a gun at the same place a bad guy with a gun planned a massacre:

Before the tragedy in Connecticut, a shooter at an Oregon shopping mall was stopped by an armed citizen with a concealed carry permit who refused to be a victim, preventing another mass tragedy.

In the target-rich environment of the Clackamas Town Center two weeks before Christmas, the shooter managed to kill only two people before killing himself. A far worse tragedy was prevented when he was confronted by a hero named Nick Meli.

As the shooter was having difficulty with his weapon, Meli pulled his and took aim, reluctant to fire lest an innocent bystander be hit. But he didn't have to pull the trigger: The shooter fled when confronted, ending his own life before it could be done for him.

We will never know how many lives were saved by an armed citizen that day.

It's rather pathetic that the pro-mass killing side still denies that there is a problem.

Another tragedy and the only response is "MOAR GUNS"
