First breast thread: chicken or turkey?

I shot some Canada Geese a couple weeks ago on a hunting outing so I have wild goose breast now

Quail is nice but grouse gives you more bang for the buck. Or more breast for the bang if you will......

Grouse is the best. Late Autumn grouse eats like ambrosia.

Dove isn't bad either.

Neither is Rock Dove if you can get beyond your prejudice.

Grouse and ptarmigan are excellent right now up until the snow gets about a foot deep. They are berry fed and taste that way.

:kbate: will get the bitch-nipple joke...

The rest of you, not so much.

I don't either. I somehow suspected that the OP meant it as some kind of euphemism/analogy etc.,
but wtf is all this gibberish about cuisine?

You laughing at me?

You laughing at me?

You laughing at me?

'Cause I don't see anyone else here.

:D

I've had duck, but I'm not a fan. Chicken breast with mashed potatoes and corn all in the same forkful is my vote.

I had duck in Beijing and when the chef came out and started tearing it apart with his hands, I puked in my mouth a little and ordered a double whisky neat to protect myself from third-world hygiene...

I mean if you're there, you owe it to ourself to have the Peking Duck, right?

Absolutely. When in Rome and all that.

I hate when Americans travel and go to McDonalds and then brag about the regional specialties. All I can think of is that they were in a foreign country and ate at fucking McDonalds which are on most corners here.

I ate at the MickeyD's in Guangzhou...

:D

I looked like a freaking basketball player. The manager came running out to wait on me personally.

Ugh.

How tall are you?

Just 6'.

But my daughter, being born there, has achieved the remarkable height of 5'2". I credit my good cooking, especially my fried chicken.

:D

I had to point to pictures, so with my three burgers (I was competing at the time and consumed a lot of calories) I got three cokes and three orders of fries.

Can you imagine the stares???
