China, Japan, Europe...,

;)

In the US durable good orders are dropping as are some business sentiment surveys.

Too late to get out of the markets, so hang on or just bash the messenger.

I love the smell of sophism in the morning...

Are you prepared?
Do you have suggestions for others?
What's your take on how to avoid and / or recover?

Bee Sanders will save us....with FREE STUFF

or maybe even

CuntClinton.....she will let us all do speeches and pay us $250k per speech:D

I suggested months ago that people take their profit while the market was over 18K.

My take is that we've reached an economic end-game where the Oligarchy of Business and government has emerged thank to the Left's total worship of government's ability to better manage our lives and business.

And yes, we are well-prepared.

You half-assed one answer and completely ignored the other 2 questions. Just another day in the life of a RINO/NOTRINO.

Exactly. We need some income inequality redress and take the stuff of those outside of the Oligarchy and give it to those who vote for and prop up the Oligarchy because it is sensitive to their race, class, gender choice and extreme aberrant lifestyle choices...

:)

Government is the great protector of the oppressed.

This makes us richer.

[2] I suggested months ago that people take their profit while the market was over 18K.

[3] My take is that we've reached an economic end-game where the Oligarchy of Business and government has emerged thank to the Left's total worship of government's ability to better manage our lives and business.

[1] And yes, we are well-prepared.

Follow the numbers:

1. First question fully answered.

2. Second question fully answered. The full implication being it's too late to do much of anything now other than hang on.

3. Again, fully answered, because there is no way to recover because the nation is firmly committed to Socialist Suicide.

4. We can see that you clearly have one of those easy degrees in which reading, reasoning and critical thinking were not stressed very much.

:(

5. Cap'n hypocrite fails to answer, changes his follow up answers to better fit the questions, fails again.

You just can't find this kind of funny in the real world, folks.

;)

tee hee!

Luk, why do you keep asking questions that you have specific answers in mind to see written so that you can do nothing other than attack people? I thinking and conversing just not one of the life skills you got at the Junior COllege?

Jesus Christ. Go back to bed, Cap'n. I'd say tomorrow will be a better day for you but this is obviously the best you got.

lol…
so funny seeing those 2 threads clustered together…
with the 2 blue question marks and 4est's name side by side on the left, and Disgustipated's name on the right side of my computer screen

Can you give me a translation?

;)

Luk can start it, dish it out, but he can't take it or stomach it...

lol :D

He needs the "nobody-touches-the-quarterback" pink practice jersey.

Can you give me a translation?

he's following you around lol…
whenever I see one of your threads, I see his name (as a poster) shortly after.

But this time, the funny coincidence was that both your threads were consecutive (one under each other) so I could see the obvious pattern of him following you around.

Of course he does.

I'm one of the few of his "enemies" that don't have him on ignore, because his ignorance entertains me.

Where can I find evidence of your prognostications? I have an online subscription to the WSJ if that's where you derived your take.

You define "sophism" as a cut-and-paste of others' analyses.

For the record.

Now, can you provide evidence of your stock market prognostications? Something with a time-stamp, please.

I took my profits before the Dow hit 17k, and I don't have a bit of reluctance about what few dollars I missed out on by not hanging around for the peak.

But here's the broader question. Will you issue "buy" recommendations when the market bottoms out, or are you just a doom and gloom prognosticator? The "time value" of money and the history of the equities markets shows them to be opportunistic generators of wealth far more than threats of impoverishment.

All you have to do is look at the charts. But that doesn't fit your narrative, does it? If the pasta won't stick to the wall, keep throwing it harder until it bores a hole through it. After all, if you tell the same story long enough and it eventually comes true, then that means you were right all along, huh? LOL! :D

Uh, no I do not. You have the same problems as Luk. You are right and I am wrong. Am I going to go hunting for my exact remarks? No, life is too short.

Try some terms like 'financial adviser,' and then check on my posts after the last date the market was at 18K.*

ANd it was not a prognostication, it was a, "I think the market has peaked and that there must be a correction and since I am not a gambler, I am taking all of my pure stock funds into safer vehicles."

I still own some stock, but it is in very balanced and very conservative types of funds. I do not try to guess the moves of the market, but as a student of economics, I follow the AUstrian school of thought and read Mike Shedlock and Mises.org every day.

Hey, I'm not the only one. Adre bragged at getting out at 17K and I applaud him for protecting his future. The people I disrespect are the ones so partisan that they suspect that anyone who is saying that our economy is a house of cards is saying that only because they are a racist.

* But you won;t do that any more that you even read any of the reports I linked to. The easy, non-thinking partisan way of doing things is to try to take a word I use frequently, sophism, without probably understanding what it means, and equating it to the word "blogger." But just to help you out, a lone Austrian-School blogger posting charts and graphs that counter the Socialistic political sophisms of the day, is not a sophism in itself, because a sophism is merely something that everyone "knows" as a priori without any thought past the hiring of the glazier (Bastiat, The Sophisms of the Protectionists).
