Am Pics Workout Thread

I love this idea! And I'm a sucker for muscles and abs ;)

How about sharing your workout too?

I run 3-4 miles and do Fitness Blender HIIT workouts on alternative days :)

I go for a walk almost everyday...I wish i could walk with your sexy self sometime

I'm so glad this thread exists!! You've motivated to get my ass in shape. I start right now. Going to kick it up a notch with running and lifting weights. Prior to today I just walk 2-4 miles most days of the week with the occasional 5+ mile hike.

I'll be posting some before pics. Here is my favorite workout bra.

It has the built-in bra, I'm giving you a peekaboo of it, normally I don't workout like this though. :p

Which Fitbit are you using?
 
I've got a ton of fitness watches. I used to sell Polar Heart Rate monitors in college.

My current favorite is the Fitbit Surge. You?

Being somewhat a tech geek, I also will use apps like Runtastic to track my mileage and to not get lost when I wander on complex trails.

I can always use the motivation to keep up with my workouts :eek:

Usually I do 3-4 hour-long workouts a week. I like to change things up like Tali. Most of the workouts are on YouTube, but sometimes I go for a swim or a run as well, and I like to finish up with a bit of yoga.

Right now I do quite a bit of the Butt Bible workouts, thus the butt bridge pic. They're pretty good, but you gotta mute the TV. The chick is annoying as hell.

I don't have time to work out. I guess being on my feet all day and walking my Huskies keeps me fit. Although if you were at my local gym I might change my mind!

I can see it now...a Lit gym where the working out consists of sucking, fucking, and touching! :devil:

I guess I'll play along.

No special workout for me. Just simple things like jumping jacks, sit ups and push ups (or press ups for some).

nice! that move was in my program's WOD this morning, but combined with a leg extension on a rolling ab board. bridge up, then extend feet out and return. killer good.
