That is why Republicans think science is bad, and microscopes are scary.
Easy solution -- put bedclothes in the microwave and nuke the wee little buggers. You could do that to get rid of head lice, too.
No, exactly the opposite, by airing a bed it is drier. Not making a bed is slightly misleading...they don't mean get out of bed leaving bedding crumpled over mattress I think, if its the same as previous studies. They mean what used to happen, that on waking you fold back covers to air, and make bed much later in the day. Like we used to air homes with open windows, not fresh air scented candles or plug in fresh things.
You can change the sheets often, but laundry would work expensive, and airing mattress from heavier covers is probably beneficial. I never make time to air mattress on sheet Change days,maybe I should.
How big is your microwave?
Large enough for you and me.How big is your microwave?

Must be German-made.
Whatever fits. Like to try it on?Whispers: what do you cook in there?

I think most scented candles are bad for most people ( but I do love nice scented candles) I have scented candles or aromatherapy oils burning often, or beeswax candles, which smell of honey. Also, I put herbs or things on the wood stove top to make the rooms smell good some times, and when we still had open fire, good smelling woods. ( I miss open fires
)
My bedroom window and some others are open in all but the very coldest weather, or of wind drives rain to the inside of them. I like a cold, fresh bedroom, but a warm ( still fresh!) bed. I love airing the house though. That feeling in spring when for the first time ALL the doors and windows can be thrown open is so exciting!
Airing my bed is ok, the one dog sticks to me like glue. The other dog likes the bed in the other room best, and is more independent and so airing that one is trickier, because it think that dog is out working or in his crate, and in truth he has tiptoed upstairs to climb in the soft unmade bed. The part time occupant of that room does not always remember to close bedroom door.
