Did you know that Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold - the Columbine killers - were not at all social misfits but in fact had many friends, frequently attended school events such as dances and football games, and had been to prom with their dates the weekend before the shooting? In fact, they themselves bullied other students.

I was bullied pretty hard in junior high school. I didn't murder anyone, because I'm not an asshole sociopath.

There are users who spend years here without ever getting into fights with anyone. They do this by posting friendly posts with friendly people. The person for which this thread was named likes to find the biggest fight on the forum and jump in, taking sides, calling other people names. She's even called me names sometimes, on threads where I hadn't made a single post and in discussions completely unrelated to me. (Which I don't take personally, because it wasn't meant as such.)

It's entirely her right to do so, and it looks like she's having fun. There is no "bullying" happening here. The Gee Bee is the least moderated forum on the site - moderated only by me and Manu. There are other places you can post if arguments are not to your taste.

If you (and this applies to you and to her, and to anyone else), step into flamewars between longtime users and start opinionating/telling people off, you will get pushback. That's how life works. You don't want pushback? Don't post on flame threads! It's really that simple.

Reading primary source documents on the Columbine shooting led to my skepticism for news agencies. They got it so wrong, and once they knew their reports had been wrong, they stuck to their original story of the tragedy.
