And my question is this. Is it possible for me to write a kinky story about cartoon characters, for instance, "Dexter's Laboratory" ?

I think you can, however the site is dicey with under age so the cartoon character has to be an adult. In other words you could write about Marge and Homer Simpson having sex, but not Bart or Lisa.

Yeah, I was afraid of that. It's going to be difficult to see Dee Dee still playing with dolls at 18 or Dexter interested in growing up when he's already of age.

Laurel told me that sex with characters who appear to be underage humans is verboten. Talking cartoon animals would likely be okay, but one should probably ask her. Bugs Bunny and Minnie Mouse? But that's irrelevant. We just don't do underage humans here -- and there's really no need. Plenty of other sites for stuff, or so I'm told.

Reminds me of the line, "Pull out your teeth and grow a beard and we can go on a date." But I digress. T.Rex won't do great handjobs but that tongue can accomplish miracles. The main problem will be sanitation. And dental hygiene.
