For those who believe the Supreme Court regularly exceeds its authority

They do and have since FDR. They are getting worse. The last two presidents have abused thier use of executive orders.
But I believe the younger generation of entitlement lovers are okay with losing freedom.

A just law is a man-made code that squares with the moral law, or the law of God. An unjust law is a code that is out of harmony with the moral law. To put it in terms of St. Thomas Aquinas, an unjust law is a human law that is not rooted in eternal and natural law.

Martin Luther King, Jr., "Letter from a Birmingham Jail", 16 April 1963

Such simple and profane words precisely describing what just and unjust law are. Still, somebody'll always need to make THEIR IRRELEVANT CASE out of it. But, since somebody'll always go there...

An individual who despises, even rejects natural law in total favor of man-made law can always easily be ID'd by how much he CHAMPIONS the FULL FORCE of THE MOB to ENFORCE UNJUST LAW.

If an individual - bolstered by THE FORCE of the MOB - champions fining, imprisoning, and/or killing for unjust law, just law is obviously of no RELATIVE concern of his at all.

And, just as obviously, somebody'll always show up in threads like these to prove it.

Now that your true identity is no longer in my doubt, you're back on iggy.

Get the fuck OUT!

That's the beautiful thing about the internet: no matter a devotee of MOB FORCE like you, no matter how much you just can't help but fantasize FORCE, even UNJUSTLY, is the only way to go, it really doesn't matter what you tyrannically must EXCLAIM!, because natural law still mostly prevails on the WWW and your MOB FORCE applies in absolutely no way - as this thread perfectly EXPOSES.

The ignore feature is beautiful because it gives every individual natural, full, individual power to exert her or his free will toward another without any FORCE involved in the least; you cannot call on MOB support to carry out the ignore feature for you individually, no matter how much you YELL!.

It's a good service that Literotica provides the ignore feature, no doubt about that, but, like the proverbial horse, you can lead an ass to it, but that doesn't necessarily insure he actually COMPREHENDS what ignore even means, let alone actually obey its meaning himself.

You really mean the older generations are okay with a lack of freedom. Or both groups are.

And the last two presidents have abused their use of executive order? In what ways precisely? It's certainly not by sheer number. Obama is STILL trailing Bush but he's still got time. Bush however at 291 EO's (173 first term, 118 second) is on the low end of things. By comparison Clinton had 364 ( 200/164), Bush Sr had 166 (single term), Reagan had 381 (213/168), and Ford had 169. So in terms of raw numbers neither president is particularly out of line.

I've heard people claim that it's not the quantity it's the quality that matters. Meaning that Bush and Obama issued HUGE Executive orders in which case you should be capable of naming which precise one they are for some sort of comparison. It's possible that's true I certainly haven't read through the thousands of EOs issued in the nation.
