I don't have a picture of this one, but my favorite back when I could eat sandwiches was made this way from bottom to top:

Slice of health nut bread
Spread with Dijon mustard
Slice of turkey (optional)
Avocado slices
Alfalfa sprouts
Slice of Harvarti

Broil until cheese melts and sandwich is warm
