Someone played a prank on me

I work in a grocery store and I was ringing up these 2 guys and they asked, "Is this kosher?" I took the package and I was looking for the K or the Star of David. When I couldn't find it, I called over my supervisor to see if she knew. She looked at me, rolled her eyes and said, "It's bacon, stupid!" The two guys burst out laughing and I saw one of them was recording me with his cellphone.

Sometimes at work I just totally go on autopilot and I wasn't pay attention at all. I just started looking. So if you see a video of a very embarrassed checkout girl trying to figure out if bacon is kosher, it's probably me.

If I saw the video, I wouldn't laugh. I would see a hard working person going thru the regular motions of a customer's question. Polly, these guys were jerks.

A hard working girl deserves more respect than that.
