today has been a most frustrating kind of day

here i type, fingers stained with black ink from refilling a cartridge because i have 1 downloaded form with 2 sentences on it to be signed by a lawyer, and the damned thing still isn't co-operating. plus said lawyer is not now going to be available to sign this afternoon.

the meeting i had set up for the 3 of us with another body on another issue, to be handled today in one go, can't be done in one go because of staff sickness, and would require my presence tomorrow as well = impossible. it was a case of hoops being jumped through to even get today off.

today has been all about getting nothing done. very slowly. plus it's horrid weather.

and why won't my ink cartridge cooperate? stupid bloody thing.
