I don't have that long a memory. It was at least 8 years ago. There's no real purpose to yelling at someone over the phone except to vent your frustration. Even then it's a poor substitute.

I haven't gotten upset an anyone in over 10 min now.
OK, that's a lie. I'm kind of perpetually pissed right now at the people I'm working with. They were late getting me their part of the project. Then, when I asked for clarification on part of it on Monday, they've put me off until today at 3:30PM, in spite of my request that it be either yesterday or earlier today. Fucking bastards...
So...no...I'm constantly upset at someone...I probably need to work on that.
