how do you sound?

Are you originally a Texan? DFW area?

Nope. The one and only time I have been to Texas was less than a mile in. It was when I hopped a Greyhound to El Paso to pick up my midlife crisis. The kid that built it raced it across Texas with 3 of his buddies from FGB's neighborhood to El Paso in 14 hours to deliver it to me at the Hotel Gardner that I had walked to from the depot.

I am a sponge of affectations. I sound like I am somewhere near where I live, but never a local. I can do the local accent. I'll think about that and try to post it sometime. There are always key words that unlock accent and I can't think of the one that they do weird here. Once I get the weird one down the rest follows.

I arrived on a redye flight out of Logan Airport to Sky Harbor in late August of 1975. Within a week kids thought I was from Texas. I never aim it. It just ends up what it is.

The kids in Maine thought I was from the Midwest, I had moved there from Connecticut with very clipped tones.

When I met the Californicators I probably still sounded pretty Southern. I gained most of my immense vocabulary in Louisiana, but from my Mom more than my peers.

Anyone know if alice.is.wet from SoundCloud is on Literotica?

And any other females here in Lit also post audio on soundcloud?

Discovered soundcloud recently and enjoying it a lot.

Resurrecting because most of the vocaroo links no longer work - they last a few months, I think, but no more - AND because this was a great thread and insight into GBers, AND because of course there are always new people who have neither heard our voices nor recorded theirs.

First: you're a cutie SpaceKockboy

Second: I loved this thread. I might have another rant to post soon.

I'm not crazy about the way mine sounds when it's recorded either. It sounds much better in my own head.

Anyway, the others are right, you've got a very nice voice. Very pleasant to listen to.

I'm my own worst critic about every single aspect of myself.

It's what I do. Thanks for that though. I still think it sounds atrocious but that's just how I roll.
