Congress shall make no law...abridging the freedom of speech...

Why do you subjectively choose to disobey the Law of the Land? Why do you, along with your fellow betrayers, hate the Constitution...

...lemming?

If you don't like it, don't just sit there and whine, lawyer up and press charges.

The framers considered individual free speech a natural, inalienable right, above the authority of any government, and that's precisely why government isn't given any power to address it in the Constitution...

...still, some of the delegates were sure that the government would eventually not pay attention to the fact government was constituted no power at all over every individual's natural right to free speech, so they threatened to not sign the Constitution at all unless a specific order upon government was emphatically enacted.

The necessity to produce a Constitution and get it approved first by the Congress of the Confederation who held the only authority to send it to the States for ratification, and then to work to get the States to ratify it, were the direly urgent main goals at the time, so a Convention compromise was reached:

As soon as the States ratify the Constitution (which intentionally doesn't empower government any business whatsoever in the free speech of free men), and the First Congress assembled under the new Constitution convenes...

...Congress will propose the first Articles of Amendment to the Constitution to specially - emphatically- prohibit government from what is absolutely none of its business.

And, as promised, the House of that First Congress passed 17 Articles for amendment; the Senate passed 12 of those, which the House then repassed and, thus, those 12 were sent on to the States for ratification...

...the States ended-up ratifying Article the third thru Article the twelfth, those then becoming the first 10 Amendments to the Constitution and what the world knows today as the Bill of Rights.

[Aritcle the second was finally ratified in 1992, 203 years after it was first sent to the States for ratification, and exists today as Amendment XXVII, the last of the Constitution's Amendments so far...

...Article the first sits still before the States for ratification, 226 years later.]

The applicable snippet of Article the third of the original 12 Articles passed by Congress and forwarded to the States for ratification, whose ratification into the Law of the Land was born on December 15, 1791...

...and which the world reveres today as the First Amendment, gloriously proclaims:

Congress shall make no law...abridging the freedom of speech...

The standard for all Americans to obey in a nation of law, not of men, no matter they citizen, Representative, Senator, President, or Justice...

...is the bar America's first Supreme Court Chief Justice raised:

A law repugnant to the Constitution is void.

Chief Justice John Marshall
Marbury v. Madison, 1803

So, of course, since Congress is constitutionally not authorized and, in fact, is emphatically prohibited from legislating any law abridging the freedom of speech...

...any legislation they pass that does abridge freedom of speech in any way is most definitely "repugnant" to the Constitution, thus naturally and entirely illegal and "void".

That's how it works, without exception(s), in a nation of law...

...but you keep playing lemmingboy in that nation of men you continue to support so you all can statistly whine and moan when the flavor of any particular illegality is so bitter for you to suck on.

Considering what happened with the Naacp perhaps they should make sure Malik is actually black.

Louis Farrakhan: If Anyone Comes Against Us Physically, “We Will Kill You All”

A woman asks a question, basically how do you stay one as a leader stay on the proper path, a common question one might ask of a pastor.

But this is Louis Farrakhan, so naturally the answer is not a ‘pastoral’ response. He immediately sees a conspiracy to undermine an adherent. He says he will not be taken out of his position, but threatens anyone who would be coming to her and seeking to undermine him.

“If you ever raise your hand”, he says, “we will kill every last one of you”. He continues on his rant, about the ‘good that he is doing’. “Don’t make the mistake of coming against us physically. We will kill you all. Remember the Koran. The Koran says ‘Slay them! Wherever you find them!’ And then it says, ‘When you slay them, it was not you who played them, it was I, Allah, who played them by your hand.’ Remember that and be instructed.”

Sounds pretty much like ‘Turn the other cheek’, right?

Don't you love these "men of God" Farrakhan, The "reverend" Al Sharpton, "Reverend" Jesse Jackson and all of them trying to push the people to further violence.

God must be proud.

North Charleston Police Officer Fired For Facebook Post With Confederate Flag Photo

For wearing something which was ‘acceptable’ last week, before the madness struck.

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — A North Charleston police officer who posted a photo of himself wearing Confederate Flag boxer shorts to Facebook has been fired.

The photo spread across the Internet on Thursday after the post had been online for a few days.

Police Chief Eddie Driggers issues a termination letter to the officer, Sgt. Shannon Dildine, saying the photo undermines the officer’s “ability to improve trust and instill confidence when working with our citizens.”

“Your posting in this manner led to you being publicly identified as a North Charleston Police officer and associated both you and the Department with an image that symbolizes hate and oppression to a significant portion of the citizens we are sworn to serve,” Driggers wrote.

Dildine has ten days to appeal the decision.

There has been a significant shift in recent days in the display of the Confederate battle flag. Several retailers, including Walmart and Amazon, have stripped anything with that image from its collection. A flag maker has decided to quit manufacturing the flag. And several Southern states have worked to remove the flag from either their state capitols or license plates.

Lawmakers in South Carolina made early strides to remove the flag from the front of the Statehouse this week, but the flag remained in place as Sen. Clementa Pinckney’s horse-drawn caisson made its way onto the Statehouse grounds for a viewing there.

Bakari Sellers said the State House would take up the measure to remove the flag on July 6, two days after Gov. Nikki Haley said she wanted it off Statehouse ground
