When I lived on the east coast there was a place that made eggs benedict with crab cakes instead of canadian bacon or ham. It was delightful The place was Johns diner and it was in Quakertown. It was a Saturday morning special...was kind of like a mini orgasm for the tastebuds.

I do all kinds of crazy things with pie crust...cut out little hearts then strategically place the cut outs...one time for a superbowl party I did a packers themed pie...I wish I still had those pix!
