I think it is a bad strategy and in poor taste to pick on her for her appearance but seriously? Her looks are an asset?
I notice that all of the pictures shown of her are about 10-20 years old. At some point she is going to have to actually go to events and have her picture taken in unflattering light. I don't think that contrast will sell well.
She would be better off displaying images upfront that show her as what she is, a mature experienced woman.
