Is the contact page for "email us" still active? I'm talking about this link:

I sent in a question awhile ago (I believe over a week), and I haven't heard a thing about it. Just want to know if I have to pursue other avenues.

Don't use email. It's been spammed so many times {or so we surmise}, it's been abandoned. You can send a pm to Laurel.
