I have a practical question here seems a good place to ask.
Sometimes G asks 'are you ok?' During sex, if its harsh, and it kind of ruins the flow for me. I appreciate and cherish his concern, but how can I reassure him I will tell him if I am not ok and he doesn't 'to need to check? It must be worrying for him if he feels need to check too? Sometimes the check in takes things that were ok to a less comfortable comfort level that's not bliss pain discomfort. The most recent example of this makes me look down and try and see what this barn floor is made of.

We have already discussed Collar's suggestion, He agree's we should certainly try this. G is very protective, for fair reasons, I do not want to paint him in unfair light. I understand his concern I might not respect my own limits. I understand on occasion how I make choices In Daily life mean that the trust going both ways means he is has concern I might not be conscious or respectful of my comfort limit, but I have to make difficult choices in my days sometimes, and thus I am sympathetic to his concern, and not 'frustrated' at what I clearly see reads as a difficult trust issue, but is perhaps less so than reads if one could be more thorough in whys and wherefores of daily life.
