Guy in my city accidentally pulled into industiral shredder

I looked all over for the article but I couldn't find it, but not too long ago, there was an incident in my town (Phoenix Arizona) where some guy throwing wooden pallets into a giant industrial shredding machine was accidentally pulled in and essentially got turned into human mulch.

Apparently one of the large and heavy wooden pallets he was tossing into the machine got snagged on his clothing and pulled him down with it.

I'll keep looking for the article and will post it if I find it.

Ahh here it is. I was mistaken, it was an industrial-sized wood chipper he got sucked into and not a plastic shredder.

My brother told me about this story late last year and he apparently didn't get his facts straight.
