This was like at least 8+ years ago, likely a few. years older, so I'm sorry if details aren't perfect.
I originally read it on tumblr, and don't remember how I came across it. My younger self had never come across that kind of thing before, and occasionally it comes to mind when I'm writing stuff/using AI services to write.
I believe it was titled something simple, like 'the chair' or 'His inheritance' or 'The room' or, 'the machine'. For the record, I went through the first few pages of each of these and fiddled with tags, but so many unrelated entries came up, I think it'll take forever for me to find it. I figured I might as well post this while I go through the 4000 pages (pages, not results, all from just searching for 'the chair' alone).
I'm confident I'll have better luck asking here and there, than to manually check thousands of pages. However, I will continue going through the search results when I have time to.
The gist is as follows:
The girl's uncle was a rich guy that seemingly didn't work but had a lot of money. I think the family was jealous since he mostly kept to himself, leaving them flabbergasted as to why he chose her to accept his inheritance. The MC never really got close with him, and felt he was a little weird but was mostly just confused why he'd leave his entire inheritance to her after having little to no real interaction as family.
Investigating this, she enters and begins searching the mansion like house. That's when she discovers a door that doesn't open, requiring her to leave her clothes in drawers until they reach a certain weight off her body, at which point she gets the key or something. From there, she can open the door and a staircase descends into a giant room/basement. I think I remember there being a mechanical horse, a chair, and I think a statue of her uncle or something.
Stuff happens (don't remember), and to find out more she ends up strapping into the chair, which she regrets as she's then fucked and brought to climax by some automated pistons
At some point during this ordeal a video plays of her uncle fucking a woman while on the horse, revealing himself to her, and I think the writing also described there being a woman under the mechanical horse itself, getting fucked by it, all during a giant sex party or something.
