"Repeal the Constitution" might be a little strong. What he is trying to do is to subvert it by passing laws he is calling Executive orders or something like that.

As for destroying the country, not literally, but the welfare rolls have grown massively under him; income for working people has decreased and the national debt has almost doubled in his six plus years in office.
