Yeah. I do like that my days go much quicker especially in the busy season. Years ago I had such a mind numbing job with 12 hour days...nightmare...

I used to work with slimy people. It is pretty bad when working with the homeless is a better class of people than the employees I used to work with.

With commission, my paycheck was bigger than the boss. 70% closing rato and better... I don't do that anymore. I do collections. I make sure people are not getting ripped off and we are getting paid. I make sure we have money for payroll.
