I really wanted to do a Joe Dirt mullet so I've been growing my hair out. But 1. it still has to grow out past my shoulders a bit more(I've got a month or two before it'll be long enough) and 2. I think I need to be skinnier to pull it off.

tl;dr : I shaved my head tonight. Just a tiny bit. Think my boss would flip his shit if I went full mohawk again.

Slowly as your give-a-fuck reduces and you're willing to go out in public like that because "I meant to put all that black there and no I was not covering up mistakes and slowly filling up the entirety of my eyelid" you get better and better at making it smaller and smaller and pointier and in a smaller amount of time. I've been practicing a long time with it, is what I'm saying.

Like I texted you last night, I ordered it immediately, as soon as you dared me(yes, you did! don't be playin'!). And today at work I asked my boss and he said he didn't think it technically fell outside of the dress code, so long as it is conservative. So, I'll be making a thread and posting pics of that. Since I already dress like a guy sometimes, to make it "fooly" I'm gonna wear makeup and earrings. Hurr hurr.

Kudos to you then. It's not my style at all, but apart from that, I'd just rather sleep an extra 20-45 than get up and put in that kind of effort on my appearance.

Sometimes I wish I cared that much to put on a full face...

I don't always. Once I started switching back and forth between genders, I made a point to contrast and try to "pass" more for either one on either day, depending on how I am feeling. Also... my job has gotten to the point where I feel like a mini performer. My regulars get used to seeing me experiment with my look and I've set up a standard for myself. It helps that I like to push the line a bit and see how many buttons I can push with my bosses.

Like last Halloween, starting on the days I worked register, I did my makeup in ever increasing intricate and "out there" styles to get my customers in the mood for Halloween. My grand finale was a werewolf which my boss almost sent me home for except people wanted to pose with me and kept giving me candy. XD
