lets face it, what we need is to put all our political leaders in prision. they are 'legal' criminals then we can start over.

first change, if you go on welfare/entitlement or are a government employee you are not entitled to vote. why? becuase you do not add value to the system. you consume tax payer money. why? well, that's like having the junkie SeanH setting laws for his neighbors (assuming SeanH has finally moved out of his cardboard house and into a government housing project but hopefully he has working neighbors).

You've just disenfranchised every senior citizen receiving Social Security benefits, active duty military, retired military receiving disability or VA healthcare benefits, students, faculty and alumni of any universities receiving federal research grants, and anyone using or benefiting from an interstate highway or the FAA managed facilities of the national air transport system.

In short, EVERYONE consumes tax payer money, and has a wide VARIETY of vested interests in how taxes are spent.

It would be far more reasonable to deny the vote to people who come up with idiotic ideas like the one you've proposed.
