Sort of... I went to bed last night at 9pm, so 6 hours of sleep total, I should be good to go for the rest of the day.

Anyways.

Someone woke me up running on their treadmill. Who works out at 3am in the morning!?!

My little girl wont sleep on the bed with me in it.

She will however jump on my head, claw at my hair, and pace back and forth on the headboard.
 
mine will sleep on my bed, and only wakes me if something is up. if the kids are ill, or if i'm having a nightmare, she will gently pat my cheek or nose. i'm not a cat person but she's grown on me.
 
This is my first cat too.

She's just like me, not very charismatic, a fucking weirdo.

My little cat likes to sleep under the covers. I tuck her in like a running back holding a football and we get our sleep on.

Treadmills are noisy.

That is why I am awake. Silly cats think it is breakfast time. They could at least wait until the sun comes up. gahh.

It's.. 10.49 PM. I should be asleep. These last few nights have been awful. I try to sleep. I close my eyes and I end up having a crazy (and often horrible) dream. I wake up and I do the same thing again. I try to sleep. I close my eyes, I drift off, and I have another stupid dream.

I think it maybe stress related. I'm not sure. I'm grumpy. Grumpier than usual, I mean.

I feel horrible when it's time to get up and go to work.
 
Quit taking it out on us!



Especially Petey. He is sensitive about living in a mobile home park.

It makes him feel like white trash...

not the cat's fault this time....

but I have a funny cat story to share. got a new couch yesterday, L-shaped sectional, 120" x 84". My first non-fabric sofa. The cat is freaked out, she's scared of it, won't even enter the living room, she keeps peeping through the entrance from the hallway like a little creep, and if she needs to use her litterbox or get a drink of water, she gets down low, hugs the wall, and zooms through the room.

got new floors about 2 weeks ago too, she didn't like them at first either. took her about 48 hours to walk across them normally without high stepping and shaking her paws.

i need a rug.


can you tell what's fake in this picture?
hardwood or laminate floor?
leather or faux couch cover?
