I transfer my old files over so I would say back from the 1980's. I have been using email since the mid 70's but didn't have my own computer until 1984, although I shared a sinclair a few years earlier.

Similar here, except that my first micro was a HeathKit H8 with a USR 300-baud modem. I have digital emails dating from 21 Sept 1980. I suppose my oldest electronic 'mail' would be a message I have on paper tape, punched on a KSR-33 radioteletype in 1977. True to form, it's a love letter. Well, a horny solicitation, anyway.

I think that there's stuff in my hotmail going back to when I was a little kid.

Not on my phone or computer but here. I recently was reminded about this place and could not remember my old password so I created a new account. I looked up my old user name and the threads I made way back in 2002. I cringed and laughed at what I was into and worried about 13 years ago.

I delete everything from my phone about once a week. I don't keep e-mails on my computer.

I wish I hadn't deleted some voice mails, there are voices and laughs I will never hear again like my grandmother and uncle, my friends who have died over the past year... I delete almost nothing now.

I have some 2004 webmails.

My oldest surviving PM appears to be a Natilie Nessus from 2003.

My main personal email account is a yahoo account that originated as a rocketmail account in 1996.

I don't think I've thrown anything out..... other than the Benghazi stuff from Hillary.
