How do I change the title underneath my name?

You need at least a 1000 posts. Head on over to the Playground for some silly games and you can rack up posts very quickly that way .

It will change as you make more posts. With a few more posts it will change to "Experienced", then I think to "Really Experienced". When you get enough posts, you can make up your own title, but for now, the names/titles are preset.
