I linked the least sensationalist news article, but there are a lot more out there.
The owner(s) of the dog seem convinced it was poison.
It's been all over the news, and although nothing is confirmed yet there are an awful lot of people who attend Crufts who expressed their opinion that it doesn't surprise them at all that poison is suspected.
It's a dog eat dog world at Crufts.
